2048 Blocks
Merge 3D Blocks and get to 2048!
2048 Blocks follows the formula of the classic "2048" mobile game, where you need to combine tiles of the same value to create one of a bigger value, except with 3D cubes. When two cubes of the same value touch, they will merge into a bigger cube. Try to get to the highest-valued cube possible!
Controls: Mouse / Touch Screen
This game can be played right here in the browser, or on Android so you can play it on the go!

This game was made in 2 days for a Game Jam assignment by my school. I originally made a version of this game 5 years ago before I started my Game Development study and without much Unity or programming experience, so I took this assignment as an opportunity to finally make a good version of this game :)
If you have any feedback, whether that's bugs you've found or new features you want to see in the game, please let me know either in the comments or via Discord :D

As someone that has actually sat down and played both versions of this, I can say that this version is for sure an improvement! Keep up the great work man!
Thank you! :)
When installing the APK, I get the following error: "App not installed as app isn't compatible with your phone". Does this APK only support 32-bit? I know that you had previously been able to export a 64-bit build of v1.5.4.
I did get a chance to play it after installing it on an old device. As someone who has spent countless hours playing your 2020 version over the years, here are my thoughts:
Keep in mind that I might just prefer the old version of how some of these things worked simply because I am used to it.
But as for things that I do like about this version:
Hey there! Thanks for playing the game, it's so cool so see you're back after playing the original version :D
I think I forgot to enable the 64-bit setting before building the game. I've been working on an update with various tweaks and bugfixes before I start adding new content such as abilities, environments, and block appearances. I will take the issues you described into account and will try to include fixes for them in the update!
Its pretty fun, the physics can sometimes be annoying though but I mean I guess thats just a skill issue
Could you please describe what makes the physics annoying to you? Then I can try to look for a solution. Thanks!
very nice game! only feedback i have is that launching the cubes is kinda iffy as if you go slightly over the green line it just doesnt launch the cube.
Hey there! Thanks for letting me know, I will look into it for the next update.
Really addictive, nice job! Though, the launching of the cubes can feel a bit awkward, specifically around the green line.
Other than that, this is really fun to play!
Thanks for playing the game, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
I'm curious about the issue you had when launching the cubes. I'm not really sure what you mean exactly. Could you elaborate on it, please? I would love to fix the issue :)
This is probably some intended behaviour but whenever I hover above the green line I can't launch a cube. It's not that big of a deal honestly but when aiming it can be a bit jarring so to say. (few friends of mine had the same at first before they got used to the controls)
You had me invested playing this game! Would be cool to see a final score, and potentionally add a leaderboard to compare with friends
I'm glad you had fun playing the game. Thank you for the suggestions, I will be looking into them soon!
Hey, I like this game and I think it is well put together. I really like the timer that appears when a cube enters the danger zone.
I do have a couple of suggestions. Adding a current score display would help players track their progress in real time, and a high score feature would allow them to keep track of personal bests.
Additionally, providing more options to spend coins would introduce variety and encourage players to experiment with different tactics, making the game even more dynamic and challenging.
Keep it up and good luck!
I think those are pretty cool ideas! Thank you for the feedback :)
